Delaina Dixon is a petite powerhouse reporter and communications professional specializing in lifestyle and entertainment news. She is a respected name in the field and has interviewed just about everyone, from A-list celebrities to the next "It" girl.

As co-founder and editor-in-chief of DivaGalsDaily.com, a lifestyle destination site for women of all colors,  Delaina is in charge of developing  the site's editorial voice and tone and working with its contributors in several cities across the nation. She serves as the "TV DivaGal," serving up stories on all things happening on the TV scene. 

In 2009 Delaina was contracted to produce content for Hallmark Channel's CelebrityGoodLife.com, where she brainstormed the site's daily celebrity lifestyle-related entries in the areas of News, Style, Parenting, Travel, Entertainment and Home, and managed a small and efficient staff of three.


On screen, Delaina has been featured in E! Network's Bachelor special, NBC’s Today, Extra and the A&E series Biography. She has appeared as a guest expert for Fox, CBS, TV Land, Soapnet, TV Guide Channel and WEtv.

 

Delaina has been contracted to write for several websites including BettyConfidential.com, Crushable.com and ThirdAge.com, and for the print publications AccessDirectTV and Times Square Chronicles.


Delaina began her career as a production coordinator for VH1 Networks. She was the fashion editor for Soap Opera News and worked as an editorial consultant for Cosmogirl.com. She served as senior editor for TV Guide Online and penned a daily column featuring news, interviews and commentary on soap operas. During her tenure as OK! Weekly magazine's entertainment editor, she secured celebrity talent and wrote features for the popular in-book column, "TV Addict," and blogged as the "TV Fanatic" for okmagazine.com.


Delaina earned a B.S. in film and television from Boston University in Massachusetts. She received her M.B.A. from Fordham University in New York City.
